UPDATE 16TH SEPTEMBER 26 - Barnsley and Boro Microliner Production Begins

Before the update I just want to say that I have now replied to all emails and to please check your junk folders if you are waiting for a response. Continuing on from last week I'm pleased to report that I received enough pre-orders to begin production on the 2 Barnsley Headliners and the 2 Boro Microliners. There will be no production of the Fjortoft Headliner in his original Master pose for Boro but I will make a production model to showcase for this website.

As you can see I've gone to lengths to make sure that all the excellent sculpting detail from Banjo is brought out in these reproduction heads, ensuring that the paint will not cover all the finer features. I have spent the week molding the 2 new body poses and I can now cast these bodies as and when I need them. I have not attempted the bases yet but they will follow soon. The Microliners are a bit further along with Barmby already receiving the first primer coat, Juninho needs and little more prep before getting to this stage. I have custom ordered the Barnsley red in two unique shades which I will combine in my own ratio to make my own custom mix, all the prints for the shirts have already been ordered but I've yet to test them and I know these things can take a few attempts until the scaling looks right. The base green has also been custom mixed to my specifics and I'm delighted with the outcome. I am continuing to test other paint colours on scrap figurines so that I can prepare for my next release but cannot commit to anything else until my first 4 figures have actually sold and I can re-invest the money made. I am still taking pre-orders for these figures but I will cut off orders at the end of the month before producing my next 4 chosen players.
